Dr. Tang's group is recruiting one or two PhD students with full RA support starting from Fall, 2016. His research currently focuses on system security, applied cryptography and databases.

The EECS department at Syracuse University (SU) has a strong security and system group, which focuses on system security, security assurance and cloud computing.
