my e-mail:I sent a fax to 1-610-290-8975 on Feb. 11, CST to reinstate my GRE score. And I want to know if you received the fax and when I can get my reported score.Feb/14
ETS:Our records indicate that your GRE® faxed document request has not yet been processed. Faxes are processed approximately 10 business days after receipt at ETS and do not appear on your file until completed. Because of the high volume of requests received on a daily basis, it is not possible to locate a specific request prior to processing.
If you resubmit your request and payment, clearly indicate "DUPLICATE REQUEST" on the form to avoid possible duplication.Feb/18
me:I sent a fax to 1-610-290-8975 on Feb. 11, CST to reinstate my GRE score. Why haven't I received my score report? My GRE account still shows the most recent score is canceled. I resubmit the score reinstatement form which is marked by "DUPLICATE REQUEST" in a fax. I know that "Scores canceled by you can be reinstated if your request is received at ETS within 60 days after your test date. " So I'm very worried about the deadline. Hope you process it as quickly as possible.Feb/27
ETS:According to our records we have not received your request for score reinstatement. The GRE® fax number (1-610-290-8975) is available 24 hours a day. If you previously faxed an Additional Score Report Request or any other service request, clearly mark “SECOND REQUEST” on the copy to avoid possible duplication. Feb/27
me:I live in China. And I asked my friend in US to help me send a fax(816102908975) for score reinstatement by using an American fax machine and credit card(with his signiture). I still use the form provided at http://www.ets.org/s/gre/pdf/score_reinstatement.pdf. Is this a valid score reinstatement request?Feb/27
