上周微软on campus, 题和follow up都做出来了，今天却收到这么一封邮件，大概是说现在有很多人在面试，他们安排不过来了，要安排也是一月或者二月了。
I wanted to reach out and thank you for taking the time to interview with Microsoft and to provide a status update on your first-round interview. I want to be as transparent as possible as I know you may have pressing deadlines.
We’ve reached a point in the year where our planned interview events have hit capacity. This means that students previously invited to final round interviews have filled the remaining interview slots through December. Because of this we are pausing on proceeding with any additional candidates. If we decide to invite you to final round interviews, they probably wouldn’t take place until January or February. I know this may be disappointing news, but I wanted to communicate it to you as quickly as I could, so you know what to expect next.
I am aware that you may have opportunities available to you that you’ll need to make a decision on prior to an interview with us. Please do reach out to me if this is the case. I will always do my best to rush our process, but please know this may not be possible and we understand you may need to take another opportunity.
Action: If at any point you receive an offer deadline from another company and you need to make a decision prior to hearing from me, please reply to this e-mail with “DEADLINE” in the subject line as well as your deadline details. That way I can do my best to try and accommodate your deadline. If you have already accepted another offer please let me know.
While it is peak season for us, and my response may be a bit delayed, please feel free to reach out to me should you have further questions or concerns as you are my top priority. Thank you for choosing to pursue an opportunity with Microsoft.
