Marketer 要求 (全职/ 兼职)：

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and secure new business in the IT staffing space.

2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing staffing solutions that meet their requirements.

3. Collaborate with the technical team to present candidates to clients.

4. Track and report on sales performance, including metrics like revenue growth and client acquisition.

5. Stay updated on market trends and the IT staffing industry to stay competitive.

6. Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate placements and high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in IT staffing or consulting.

2. Strong knowledge of IT services and technical staffing.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a US time zone (Eastern Time Zone).

5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

6. Ability to work independently and remotely.

7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
