Upstairs bedroom-The upstairs bedrooms have a separate entrance from the first floor. One bedroom is available for rent end of Feb. There are three bedrooms in total upstairs, with tenants sharing one bathroom. Two bedrooms have already been reserved by two Chinese male students majoring in computer science who is either doing intern or studying at college. Rent: $1100 per bedroom/month (long term rent). short term rent: +200. Availability: from June. 20th, 2025.
