微软DS technical screening后10天没消息

分享一个时间线：
2.24 hr reach out ，填了问卷
2.25 technical screening scheduled
3.5 technical screening

之后到现在一直都没有消息…3.6（周四） follow up，hr说early next week会有结果。结果这周还是没有…3.14 hr 给我发邮件说

请问下这是啥情况🥹也不是VO轮…应该不至于养鱼…？🥹
