Navan is a corporate travel, payments, and expense management platform headquartered in Palo Alto, California. Founded in 2015 (formerly TripActions), it combines travel booking, corporate cards, and automated expense reporting for over 10,000 business customers. Navan went public on Nasdaq in October 2025.
