你说的这个就是著名的AA，这个法案向来充满争议。在最近的Harvard university的判例中，AA被判违宪，我copy如下：

GHC没有违宪的理由如下：
1. 判决是说明在“college admission”仅因为AA(race)而录取，而并非考虑candidate本身能力 这个行为 违宪。misuse AA所导致的违宪并不意味着AA本身违宪。
2. 判决特地强调是college admission，GHC作为recruiting+networking conference不适用
3. 判决针对public和private school。GHC是private NFP org not school，因此不适用。
4. 判决仅提及race based，事实上AA覆盖了race, disability, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, and age。我们所讨论的gender inequality并不在判决的范围内。

因此：
1. GHC存在于是立于AA，且AA本身没有违宪。
2. GHC的初衷在于减少tech男女的imbalance。cis-male作为非target人群，抢占名额参加job fair，本身在加剧imbalance，因此谴责cis male这个行为不道德。
