请问下找美国谷歌的人推，和找中国谷歌的人推有区别吗

Hi, I just got the offer from Google, haven't accepted it yet. I am going to report for duty in July 2016.
The recruiter offered to start the team matching process now so that I am more willing to accept the offer (I have other offers too).
Should I start the matching process now or should I wait till Feb/March 2016 to start the matching process? Which option would increase my chance of matching to a good team? (Let's say my experience doesn't change)
