关于UIUC的application instructions中对于international applicant的要求

civil肿么这么复杂……哦，你的意思是说，选择完civil and environment选项之后，下面的degree里要选domestic还是international是吧……这种情况我还真没见过……
我选完proposed program（Electrical and Computer Engineering）之后，下面degree就是有4个选项：ECE-MS,ECE-PHD神马的……
哦哦哦，我明白了，你看这一页开头的话：
Graduate programs may have different deadlines for Domestic and International applicants. If a degree is listed as either Domestic or International, select the Degree type that corresponds to your Application Type listed below. You are designated as Domestic or International based on your Citizenship Type.
这样你该明白了吧。

还有，UIUC本科生是不能直接申PHD的对吧？所以那里填MS对吧？我没记错吧？

要看什么专业，我只知道EE是不让直申PHD，另外财产证明可以先不寄的

谢谢~我其实没打算寄，只是做了一份PDF上传到他家的financial document那一块了。

嗯 对的 不能直接申请PHD 但是我们可以选择MS/PHD 证明你的final purpose是PHD 我在国外 没有飞信啊 你还打算申请什么学校啊？我看看有没有什么相同的 呵呵

不是只让upload吗？是哪里看到要寄送的。。。？
