The waiting life is so depressing, I wish I could forget all the application stuff, and lose my memory ><

I heard U of T CS will only give 2 offers to international applicants. For Brown, are they still interested in giving any international students offers? Is there any rules about international applicants?

委员会制有时候很可怕，有的学校，老师都未必能要到自己想要的学生。
