担心H1B有变? 枫叶卡Express Entry DIY攻略

I have received the Invitation to apply.  I am wondering whether I can take my medical exam after I upload all the documents and submitted the application.
On the websites, it says "You can get your medical exam before or after you to apply, depending on the program you’re applying for. Read the instruction guide for your program to find out when to get your exam." and that "If you’re applying under the Express Entry Program, you have the option of getting an exam before you apply. "

Can I opt to take the medical exam after I submit the application? The COVID-19 makes medical exam very difficult, though not impossible. The city we live in now does not have panel physicians and many parts of China are experiencing travel restrictions.

Can we choose to defer our medical exam until everything becomes easier?

Note the second half of the sentence: "You can get your medical exam before or after you apply, depending on the program you’re applying for."

Here's the specific requirements for Express Entry: "You must have a medical exam from a panel physician before you apply for permanent residence. Your family members must also have one, even if they aren’t coming with you."

爬了很多楼，给一点自己的经验：

1. 国内无犯罪记录  去当地派出所开具一份证明， 带上最后一次出国护照 ...

也许最新的打分标准和2019年比有过一些调整。截至2021年初，主申请人雅思CLB10  (8.5/7.5/8/7.5)每个单项比CLB9 (8777)多3分，总共可以多12分。年龄分从30岁开始递减，20-29周岁都是满分110 (带副申请人满分100)。

我算了分，各项都是够的，思培也考了10 10 9 9 过的，学历也正在通过wes办理，现在有个最大的问题是，在美国太久，护照快过期了刚刚发现。
所以思培考试也是用旧护照考的，现在正在申请更换护照。这个对之后ee申请有影响吗？
有哪个小伙伴知道吗？
