秋季硕士通常有几次H1B机会？

本科是相关专业的话毕业之前可以用本科学位抽一次，毕业之后OPT可以抽3次，一共四次。

抽H1B需要工作开始时间在当年10/1之前。你本科学位有也没法抽，因为你毕业就12月了。只能抽下一年的。举个例子：2018年抽FY 2019 H1B，需要LCA上开始时间在10/1/2017到9/30/2018. 你2018年12月毕业的怎么抽
当然啦，如果有些公司有什么骚操作，那么不在讨论范围之内

根据uscis官网上的原话 “Timely filed means that the H-1B petition (indicating change of status rather than consular processing) was filed during the H-1B acceptance period which begins April 1 while the student's authorized F-1 duration of status (D/S) admission was still in effect (including any period of time during the academic course of study, any authorized periods of post-completion Optional Practical Training (OPT), and the 60-day departure preparation period commonly known as the "grace period").”来看的话，第三年opt extension结束后的grace period结束之前只要把h1b file上去，是可以享受cap gap的吧，所以秋季毕业最多是可以抽4次h1b？
