Specialization Form. This form is required for MS & PhD applicants. The ECE Department requires an applicant to choose one of the two major fields of study (computer engineering or electrical engineering) offered in the department before a decision for admission can be made. The choice is used to assess an applicant's preparation in the chosen field of study. To submit the Specialization Form, download it from the ECE web page, complete the form and upload to the link called Miscellaneous Requirement.

关于这个问题，以下是小蜜的回复：
The Admissions Review Cover Sheet will be taken care of by the university,
therefore applicants need not submit anything for this field.

The Course Evaluation upload should only be used if you have transcripts
that have been evaluated by third parties such as WES or ECE. If you do
not have an evaluated transcript please do not upload anything into this
area.

The Graduate Appointment Application refers to our financial aid
application, however because all applicants are not automatically
considered for financial aid, the graduate appointment application is not
required.

The Personal Statement and Statement of Purpose refer to the same
document, therefore if you have already submitted one you are not required
to resubmit the document.

If you have additional documents you would like to submit, you may do so
under the Supplemental Materials or Misc. Documents fields. If not, please
leave these blank.

If you receive further notifications regarding these fields, please ignore
them. The online application system is new and the university is in the
process of addressing any issues applicants may be experiencing during the
application process.
