不用认证，后面有上传成绩单的地方

Q. Do I need to provide transcripts from my previous institutions?
Yes. You need to provide unofficial or official transcripts from each post-secondary (above high school) institution that you have attended. The exact requirements for transcripts can be found on the  Admission's webpage . Official transcripts are required after you are admitted. A WES evaluation of your transcripts is not required. Texas A&M undergraduate students should upload an unofficial copy of their transcripts into EngineeringCAS, rather than having an official copy sent.

可是楼上的是CSE的，我想申请的是ECE的。

不需要認證!

ECE申请不需要做WES
下面一段复制的学校发的邮件原文
Unofficial transcripts and records
Upload unofficial copies of your transcripts to Engineering CAS. If you are admitted, you will need to provide official transcripts (not evaluations) to Texas A&M before you can register for classes.
Please do NOT order a WES Evaluation, for this application. If you already have it, you may provide it, in addition to the actual transcript.
