poly网申状态如何check 啊

我的状态十分离奇：

我是给gradcenter@poly.edu发的邮件，一天就回复了。
我在邮件中说明了我的Incomplete情况，并告知了TOEFL, GRE注册号以及邮寄成绩单的Tracking numbers。
小秘是这么回复的：
Dear Applicant,

Thank You for applying to the Polytechnic Institute of NYU.

. Waral dи,Please note that application processing time normally takes 4-5 weeks. Processing time may be extended if certain required documents are missing or if we receive your application well before the specified deadline.

If your online application status is still showing "Incomplete" we have, most likely, not received all of the 'Official' documentation. However we will evaluate your application with unofficial documentation. On obtaining admission at NYU-Poly you will be expected to provide us with official documents. The status of your application can be monitored through the online application portal:
https://app.applyyourself.com/AYApplicantLogin/ApplicantConnectLogin.asp?id=poly-g
If the specified documents are sent we will be updating the documents to your application at the earliest.
We understand that applying to graduate school is a very challenging process and wish you all the best.

我的状态是这样的：
YOUR APPLICATION STILL MISSING DOCUMENTS
Application Status: Incomplete

Transcripts:
XXX University: Received (Not Official)

TOEFL: Not Received
Other Supporting Documents:

我当时没有上传TOEFL成绩单截图……只上传了本科学校成绩单的扫描件，原件是寄过去的。TOEFL和GRE也送到2668……

所以我觉得这个状态貌似只反映了网申系统材料的状态，邮寄的以及ETS送分的材料还没更新上去……我觉得不大可能TOEFL, GRE, 邮寄的成绩单三项都收不到……= =

你怎么查的？我的poly是Application Status: Submitted。而且也看不到材料的状态。你确定你申的是pol ...

我跟你一样，只知道是submitted

我发邮件他们也不回，打电话直接语音，有点不靠谱啊
