上周邮件就被签收了，今天收到邮件说缺材料。

我前几天收到邮件说缺少Official Degree, 可是我明明和成绩单一起寄过去的，然后在galaxy里面状态是成绩单也已经到了，是不是小米把我的Degree弄掉了
昨天发邮件给小米，回复如下：
I have researched your admissions file and per your checklist we are missing your final college transcripts and certifications which you will receive after you graduate. This means that we have processed your initial transcripts that were sent to the Admissions office.

这究竟是怎么回事，又说我成绩单没到，晕倒。。。
本人已经毕业多年了，寄的当然是final 的成绩单
现在很迷惑到底该怎么弄了
对Dallas真是很无语

我早上才发。。。估计明天才回复

你的情况好复杂哦。他最后一句话的意思是 他收到了吧。但是收到的不是你最终的成绩单。
你给他解释一下你已经毕业了，给他的就是最终的。 不过只要收到了就好吧，材料又不是小米审

个人感觉哈。。

我发了个邮件问了，回复了degree 和成绩单的事情。小蜜超级热情，才4分钟就回了我的邮件...

Dear Ciyo,

Due to the high number of mail received during the winter holiday closure, please allow ample time to process your documents.

If you have received confirmation from a mail service provider (DHL, Federal Express etc.) that your documents have arrived at UT Dallas, please allow sufficient time for those documents to be delivered to the admission processing office, be opened, sorted,  properly identified, and scanned into our system.

Documents are processed in the order received and will be updated in Galaxy as they are processed.

We understand that you will not graduate until July 2013. After you graduate please submit the Official Degree Certificate and Official Final college transcript. Rest assured the Graduate department will be able to make a decision without the documents; though, you will continue to get email reminders for the missing or unofficial documents submitted.

If you have further questions please contact our Welcome Center at 972-883-2270.
