我收到的邮件显示的是4月底：
If you submitted an application for Fall 2019 and are inquiring about your status then you should expect to receive an update by the end of April.

拖了2天，今天才回信：
Thank you for your application to USC. First off, please accept my apologies for the delayed reply. In response to your email, we are making admission decisions as quickly as we can and hope to have the majority of decisions made by the end of this month. Unfortunately, we are unable to say when a specific application will be reviewed.
这个措辞的意思，大部分4月底出来，还留少部分5月份出，不过5月份出的话可能spring吧。也不知道USC为什么这么忙……

USC这疯狂捞钱啊

usc真的是今年的鸽王了，佩服佩服
