Thank you for contacting Help. I have confirmed that messages were sent to your recommenders. If they have not received their messages, it must be due to a configuration in their email clients, probably Spam filter settings. It is likely that an institutional Spam filter is also involved. Sometimes an institutional Spam filter will not sort the message into a Spam box that is visible to the recommender.

One option is to see if the recommenders and their institutional IT staffs can "white list" emails from both "applyweb.com" and "collegenet.com", and to make sure that they do not have their Spam filters set to identify emails with links in them as Spam. You can then send reminders using the "Action" list box in your Activity Log: .
