NEU is bad, out of discussion.

Computer E and EE are very similar. Actually the difference between Computer E and digital side of EE is very small.
Short answer : should be also good for UM-maryland. Rank II or Rank III

Hi man, I see your answers are very helpful. I just got an ad from University of California, Irvine, the program is networked system, this program belongs to EE & CS department. I also got an ad from maryland, EE program. Any suggestion about how to choose? I feel really stuggle. I plan to find job after getting M.S degree. thx
