C1 Backend OA

面的Backend, 一共4题， 前面三题不太讲究算法，最后一题需要优化，总体来说时间有点赶，特别是Q2Q3花了很多时间去理解，光题目都是需要向下拉才能读完的那种，感觉不仅仅是考coding，很大一部分也是考你的阅读和理解速度。

Q1: Given an array of ints, find index of first int that is smaller than both of its adjacent numbers

Q2: Given String panel （"211453"）and String[] codes ({"0211", "689"}), break codes into "index" and "pattern",  ("0", "211") , ("02", "11").... find if the pattern matches panel at the index. The expected outcome should be an array of Strings of found pattern and "not found"

Q3: Given a 2D matrix
