移民局要求公司裁员6个月之后才能重新开始perm，以下是我从meta lawyer得到的回复:

如果你跟律师打交道久了你就会发现。他们的用词从来都是这样。让你看不懂

卖力，入职一个月有h1b就可以开始，perm现在已经恢复，就是打广告有失败的可能

另外in house lawyer在legal ethics上需要对corporate负责而不是员工甚至CEO这个职位负责。所以他们说的做的都是对公司有利的而不是对你（员工）有利的。另外严格来说他们不能跟你（not Client）说任何与公司利益有关的事。能要到回复都算是不错的了，要我的话压根不会回复。
