电动垂直起落飞机公司自动驾驶飞行部门4个全职, 2个实习Intern(每周40小时)职位,等待兴趣相同的同学/同事加入一起工作。
工作地点洛杉矶long beach。Onsite。
开始时间2024年1月。请开始时间差太多的同学提前一个月联系我。比如2024年暑假,那4-5月份再联系我。
可以支持OPT/CPT,H1-B,绿卡。公司E-Verify。
1. Perception: camera, lidar, 4D image radar, sensor fusion, object detection and tracking, segmentation, SLAM, HD Map, etc.
2. Planning: mission management, trajectory planning, see and avoidance, prediction, simulation, etc.
3. Embedded software: Nvidia Orin Linux, sensor interface, CUDA, TensorRT, Orin hardware acceleration, visualization, etc.. 1point 3 acres

Responsibilities:
• As a perception engineer, you will be responsible for the development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of our machine-learned model for Detection, Tracking and Track Classification for new autonomous aircraft products. Waral dи,

• You will work closely with the Path Planning engineers as you do so

Qualifications:. Χ
• BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or other relevant Engineering disciplines
• hands-on experience with state-of-the-art modeling for detection, tracking and track classification
• Strong background in modern computer vision, mapping, semantic labeling, and SLAM algorithms, systems, and frameworks
• Ability to build solutions from scratch
• Strong software engineering experience in Computer Vision, Python and/or C++
• Experience building ML pipelines and managing data quality
• Work with unique datasets from extensive full-scale flight tests to develop perception algorithms Transition perception algorithms to real-time operation for use in flight testing
• Effective communication and collaborative
• Experience in robotics, AV (Autonomous Vehicle), or other real-time, safety-critical experience
Path Planning:
Qualifications
    MS or PhD degree in CS/CE/EE/ME/Robotics or equivalent with focus on Path Planning or related field
    Understanding of configuration spaces and a variety of planning techniques (A*, D*, RRTs, PRMs, Convex Programming, Probabilistic Planning, etc.)
    Highly skilled in path planning and control theory (e.g., model predictive control, aircraft dynamic modeling)
    Extensive software development experience (C/C++, Python)
    Experience with software engineering tools and linux environment (e.g., Git, CMake, CI, gdb,etc)
    Proven ability to program real-time hardware to execute computationally intensive algorithms
    Experience in writing safety-critical code
    Familiarity with ROS and/or other message networking middleware
    Knowledgeable in SLAM / Probabilistic Filtering experience, like Kalman filters and Particle filters)
    Creative approach to problem solving and exceptional analytical skills
    Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements
    Ability to work independently and in a small team, take initiative, and communicate effectively
    Experience with real-time sensor fusion (e.g IMU, lidar, camera, odometry, radar)

Responsibilities
    As a Path Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of environment modeling, motion planning, and behavioral prediction algorithms, global path and local trajectory planning, and software that enables an autonomous aircraft to interact with its environment
    You will have the chance to work with software engineers implementing these algorithms on highly capable, next generation hardware that will allow you to explore algorithms that were traditionally too costly on cutting-edge computing systems
    Develop path and trajectory planning algorithms with fully defined states and deployment
    Building/Integrating software and algorithms for path planning, behavioral planning and aircraft control
    Work with hardware, system, test, and aerodynamics teams to optimize algorithms
    Testing algorithms in simulation, in aircraft in controlled environment, and ultimately in in aircraft in the field
    Benchmarking and validating navigation systems for final deployment
    Developing safety engineering and fault tolerance into navigation and control systems . Waral dи,

Embedded Software:
Qualifications
    BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
    Experience with embedded systems development, include CAN/RS485/Ethernet communication buses, camera/lidar/radar sensors, actuators, and power distribution controllers.
    Experience with C and Python in flight applications
    Experience with developing small form factor, low Size, Weight, and Power (SWAP) hardware, including ARM-based Qualcomm Snapdragon, NVIDA Jetson Xavier, or Orin
    Experience with Agile software development methodologies
    Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery of software with Git and Docker
Responsibilities
