Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end program management for Core IP development projects, encompassing NPU, ISP, and other essential components within a System-on-Chip (SoC) company.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams including design, architecture, verification, AI toolchain, and marketing to ensure project alignment and meet deliverable timelines.
. 1point 3acres • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Possess comprehensive understanding of technical intricacies in NPU, ISP, and other core IP development, as well as their integration into the broader SoC landscape.
• Proactively identify and address challenges and roadblocks, devising strategies to overcome them effectively.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources, balancing stakeholder needs with team capabilities.
• Ensure all designs adhere to industry best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements..1point3acres
• Lead the development and refinement of processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and productivity within the team, including simulator, performance model, and AI toolchain software.


AI Perception Algorithm
Responsibilities:
•         Develop deep learning based perception algorithms, including object detection, lane detection, segmentation, depth estimation, and so on.
•         Develop state of the art network structures and training schemes, and evaluate their performance on vision problems

•         Keep up with latest technologies in deep learning and computer vision literature and propose innovative ideas
•         Publish patent and research papers

Responsibilities:
•        Independent and collaborative R&D, research new solutions, implement state-of-the-art solutions, etc.
•        Software development in C/C++, Python.. 1point3acres

•        Generate new data collection and annotation requests, guide their processes;
•        Benchmark testing and performance evaluation;

Responsibilities:
•        Contributing to deep learning infrastructure, data pipelines, tools and workflows that lay the foundation for building AI at scale.  
•        Writing software to deploy AI models and pipelines in real time applications (inference).  
•        Apply low precision inference, quantization, and compression of DNNs.  
•        Continuously improve inference latency, accuracy and power consumption of DNNs.  
•        Stay up to date with the latest research and innovations in deep learning, implement and experiment with new ideas
