### Junior Machine Learning Engineer (Conversational AI & Agents)
**Job Description:**
As a Junior Machine Learning Engineer, you will work closely with our experienced team to develop, deploy, and optimize conversational AI systems and intelligent agents. You will be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from research and experimentation to deployment and maintenance, leveraging your background in AI infrastructure, Large Language Models (LLMs), and generative AI.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in designing and implementing machine learning models for conversational AI and intelligent agents.
- Develop and fine-tune NLP algorithms to enhance language understanding and generation capabilities.
- Develop LLM applications to evaluate human generated text content, including selecting appropriate AI algorithms, data sources, infrastructure, and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
- Conduct research on the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and generative AI to keep our solutions at the cutting edge.
- Participate in data collection, preprocessing, and annotation to build robust training datasets.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve models based on feedback and testing.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining AI models in production environments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and industry standards.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
- Solid understanding of LLM and related applications.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and generative AI techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to have built an LLM-based application or hacking an LLM to serve some novel purpose

**Nice to have qualifications:**
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, and proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications in training intelligent agents.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI models.
- Understanding of ethical considerations and bias in AI, with a commitment to developing fair and responsible AI solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to develop real-world skills in crafting algorithms that enhance hiring decisions. You will work closely with our experienced team to design and optimize conversational AI systems and intelligent agents. You will be involved in the entire product and user workflow lifecycle,  leveraging your background in AI infrastructure, Large Language Models (LLMs), and generative AI. The team, led by an IEEE Fellow, includes professionals from top tech companies like Microsoft and Amazon. In this role, you will collaborate closely with an esteemed IEEE Fellow, gaining critical knowledge and skills in the tech industry.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist founding team on product design, marketing strategy/research and project planning
- Manage project timelines and progress.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and communication.
- Test products and raise ideas about user experience improvement base on the business knowledge.
- Involve the discussion, research and analysis on investor relationship maintenance.
- Organize and update documentation.

公司主要是做ToB 的SAAS，帮助企业在人才筛选的workload上提升效率，减小cost。利用给予LLM的AI技术解决公司初筛和面试招聘过程中的痛点。
