You may apply for up to five graduate programs in the Viterbi School. You will need to submit a separate online application for each program. For each application, you will need to create a profile, pin and submit payment information. However, you will only be charged an application fee for your first application within the Viterbi School. After you have submitted your applications, you will receive one 10-digit USC ID via email within 5-7 business days. You only need to submit your transcripts and test scores once. Supplemental materials vary by program and need to be submitted separately for each program if required. To see if supplemental materials are required for your degree program, please refer to http://viterbi.usc.edu/msdegrees. Official transcripts from all colleges and universities (post-secondary institutions) attended, with official English translations if necessary. Official transcripts must be issued by the university in a sealed envelope. Your institution may directly send your official transcripts to USC, or you may mail them to USC. We do not accept transcripts uploaded through the online application. If you have not yet completed your degree, you will need to submit your full, official transcripts when they become available. For colleges and universities in India, submit mark sheets by semester or year. Grade cards or mark sheets are accepted if they are official. After you submit the Graduate Admission application and obtain your 10-digit USC ID, please submit unofficial copies of your official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended, with official English translations if necessary, to the following email address: Viterbi.Documents@usc.edu. Please note that your official transcripts are still required to be mailed to USC. · You MUST include your 10-digit USC ID on the transcripts and subject line as such: First Name (Given), Last name (Surname/Family), 10-digit USC ID number. Excluding your USC ID will delay processing of your application. · Transcripts must be in PDF or JPEG format (10 MB limit). · Documents submitted must be copies of official transcripts. Portal or online student copies are NOT acceptable. · ONLY transcripts sent to this email will be accepted. Do NOT send resumes, LOR, certificates, degrees, etc. Including additional documents WILL delay processing of your application. · Important Note: Please do not email Viterbi.Documents@usc.edu with any questions or application status checks.
