每个申Google的当天都会收到HR邮件吗？（顺求G家员工给我做reference~）

还是只有第一轮筛过的会收到？

我投了简历以后大概几个小时收到了HR邮件：

Hi XXX,

I hope you are having a great evening! My name is XXXXX, and I’ll be your recruiting contact for the UX internship role from this point on.

To give you an overview of the process, your application will first be reviewed by our projects hosts. This can take some time and differs based on your skills relative to the projects we have available. We hope to complete this process within a 6 week period of time, but will do all that we can to expedite this review period.  That being said, if you don't hear from me for a few weeks, I haven't forgotten about you!  This just means I'm busy trying to get your information in front of as many potential hosts as possible :)

A portion of your application will consist of an intern questionnaire, which you will be receiving in the next 24-48 hours. Please be thorough in your responses and complete all of the open-ended questions, as this information will be shared with the intern hosts.

There are two possible outcomes of this review period:

Possible Outcome 1) Your information is reviewed by our potential hosts and they determine there is a possible skill match for a project. This results in a phone interview with a future potential host to discuss their project details.

Possible Outcome 2)  Your information is reviewed by our potential hosts and unfortunately they find there is not a skill match to our current roles. This will conclude the interview process and we will alert you of this via email.

这是每个人都会收到的还是？

另外顺便求Google员工给我做个refer。我申的是User Experience Intern，refer可以是任何职位的（还特别著名可以是enginner和developer~）希望能有人帮我refer~~大谢大谢~~

我也是内推，但是只有一个candidate review跟我要了成绩单，说会有recruiter联 ...

我现在的情况也是昨天有人跟我说要开始review简历了然后就跟我要了成绩单说要深入了解情况，然后暂时就没有然后了。我申的也是UX intern

我也是内推，但是只有一个candidate review跟我要了成绩单，说会有recruiter联系我。但是一直都没有联系

大概是确认收到简历后的五天，可能跟专业有关，如果是CS，过程估计不一样

找不到在哪里编辑主贴orz

这样应该算是过了第一轮HR删选吧。。。
