About the Role
SensForge is a smart home technology company looking for an Entry-Level Product Manager to help manage product development, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to improve products and support launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and analyze product feedback.
- Research competitors and assist in product launch planning.
- Support engineering and marketing teams with product development.
- Provide customer support, manage return logistics, and investigate product defects.
Qualifications
- Strong product sense with interest in smart home technology.
- Bilingual in English & Chinese (spoken & written).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (H1B sponsorship available after 12 months).
- Preferred degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
