请问usc的deadline是材料到的时间还是发出邮戳时间

lz不是很想上usc，准备申了保底的，有另外一所比较想去的学校一月五号左右出结果，希望还是比较大的，也不想浪费申请费，所以准备等到时候如果没上再交申请费申usc。但是usc家寄东西需要uid，而uid要交钱过几天才有，所以就很蛋疼。所以问下usc的deadline是材料到的时间还是发出邮戳时间.January 15, 2015: Submit your application and all required materials by this date 我看官网是这样写的，感觉是说发出邮戳时间，但也不太肯定，想想这个时候圣诞发邮件肯定没有小米回我，还是来地里问问大家，谢啦！

USC ID貌似submit后就能看到。。。Print form然后里面就有，和USC邮件发的ID是一样的。。。。

基本是在ddl前把东西寄到吧，毕竟寄到以后匹配到系统里还有时间。
楼主选择国际快递比如dhl之类的，两天就到了，等1月5号后寄完全来得及。

不是说，usc id要过几天才能查到么，所以我才担心的。

问题是uscid没法立刻拿到啊。。

额我提交十天后没收到id，还是发邮件才问出我的id的，当时快到ddl了没写id就寄了，收到id以后又发邮件问小蜜收到我资料没，她说都收齐了。所以没写id寄出没有问题的。

我也是uscid没有的时候寄的，他们已经收到成绩单了。。供你参考。。

那么GT成绩也必须是1月15日前寄到吗？

我申了phd，因为online application我估摸会卡着deadline提交，当时拿不到iuid，所以我提前问了小米，拿不到uid没法在mail里写啊。

Since the deadline is approaching, your transcript may be submitted without the USC ID number as long as it is accompanied by the following information: 1) your name as it appears on your USC application, 2) your date of birth (month/day/year), 3) the email you used in your USC application, and 4) the name of the program to which you are applying.

刚才查了下faq发现不需要材料都到的，所以也不急啦，供大家参考下。
Do you need to receive all my materials by the deadline?
No. The deadline refers only to the date by which the application must be submitted. It does not refer to the supporting materials, unless your department has explicitly stated otherwise. We understand that some supporting materials will arrive later, and this will not be a problem as long as they arrive within a reasonable time frame.
