MACC Lab – Dr. Ying Wang
https://sites.google.com/stevens.edu/macclab/updates
Dr. Ying Wang's group at the MACC Lab is actively recruiting Ph.D. students and Postdoctoral researchers to join in Summer/Fall 2025 or Spring 2026. We are looking for candidates with the curiosity and motivation to dive deep into foundational research in:- Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) assurance through the integration of AI/ML, graph theory, formal methods, and fuzz testing
- Quantum Computing Assurance, Quantum Neural Networks
- NextG wireless communication, including 5G/6G, UAV-based aerial networking, and software-defined radios
- Secure, adaptive networks in space, air, and ground domains (SAGIN)
- Cross-domain CPS applications in healthcare, wearables, CV2X, and IoMT
We are looking for students who:- Are from EE, CS, Math, Physics, Statistics, or Software Engineering
- Want to work on deep technical problems with real-world deployment potential
- Have a strong foundation in algorithms, systems, or formal reasoning
- Enjoy team-based research, contributing to both fundamental theory and hands-on development
Our research is fundamental yet impact-driven, often supported by federal agencies and industry partners. If you're someone who thrives on understanding systems deeply—not just applying models—this lab is for you.
To apply, send the following to Dr. Ying Wang at ywang6@stevens.edu:- CV
- Transcripts
- Cover Letter (highlighting your research interests and how they align with MACC Lab)
Full scholarships (tuition + stipend) are available for admitted students. |
