1. Senior Business Analyst (BA)
What You'll Do:

• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable insights
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements (BRD/FRD)
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, marketing and clients
• Use data to guide decision-making and improve operations
• Support Agile ceremonies, roadmap planning and stakeholder updates

We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years experience as BA or similar roles
• ✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• ✅ Strong stakeholder management, able to align teams across functions
• ✅ Clear writing and confident speaking for meetings, reports, and presentations
• Familiar with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Jira, Confluence

Bonus:

• Experience in consulting, product, or data analytics
• Ability to work with ambiguity in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with financial, SaaS, or e-commerce industries

2. Python Developer
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable backend systems and APIs
• Write scripts to automate data processing and ETL tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and system improvements
• Maintain code quality and participate in peer reviews

You Should Have:

• Solid Python or Java skills, with experience in Flask / FastAPI / Django
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with AWS or other cloud services is a big plus

3. Senior Product Management Analyst

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or project management within software environments
• Strong engagement with application users to understand needs and manage expectations
• Skilled in performing both planned and ad-hoc data analyses in fast-paced settings
• Fluent in communicating with both technical and business stakeholders (verbal & written)
• Experienced in gathering business requirements and supporting UAT/data validation
• Leads meetings, tracks project progress, and communicates risks/timelines to stakeholders
• Supports financial forecasting execution processes in production environments
• Proficient in SQL, Python, Excel, and Linux systems
• Demonstrated ability to automate processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset
• Passionate about finance, technology, and continuous process improvement
