額 我知道retail被裁的就10+了，一个都沒被裁是謠傳吧

我感觉WW ops才要来波大的
Udit下面算是最大的org之一
10月没被影响 但是内部疯传要来波大的

Last mile 为啥会被裁？我知道有一个org裁了30%多，剩下的人都并进Last Mile 去了。照你这么说，并完继续裁，还不如一次裁干净

My manager (L8) shared today with a small group of people that there is another round of layoffs confirmed for Q1 2026. Expectation is of another 15k employees being let go. Unclear yet which units will be affected.

Sharing because I have seen multiple people questioning whether another round is expected or whether these are just "toxic" rumours. Well, I tend to trust my manager on this kind of things, so I think there is another impact coming...

Edit: small additions that I forgot when writing. He did clarify that the ultimate goal of higher ups is to reduce total corporate HC by 10%.

Can confirm. AWS SLU L7 here. Was instructed by VP to surgically remove select people from select projects to prepare for next steps. And no one is immune, i was told to cancel one of the recurring project update meetings I owned “for the time being…to free up everyone’s calendar..”

I’ve heard from credible sources (L10s) 30k total is the goal. Which aligns with that ~10% mentioned above. During perf cycle they normally try to manage out the bottom 5% so this is just a more intense version imo
