About Tanka.AI

Tanka.AI is building an intelligent financing platform that connects startups seeking funding with financial advisors (FA) and investment institutions. Our goal is to make the fundraising process faster, smarter, and more transparent through AI-driven matching and workflow automation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager who will lead the development and scaling of our financing product. This person will be responsible for completing the PRD (Product Requirement Document), coordinating product development, and building strategic partnerships within the Silicon Valley ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

        •        Own and deliver the Financing Product PRD, defining user journeys, features, and success metrics.

        •        Drive product growth through data-driven experimentation, user acquisition, and engagement strategies.

        •        Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure timely product delivery.

        •        Identify and manage partnerships with FA firms, accelerators, and investment institutions.

        •        Continuously track and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends.

        •        Represent Tanka.AI’s product vision with a strong understanding of Silicon Valley culture and design aesthetics.




Requirements

        •        3–5 years of experience in product management, growth, or platform development, ideally in the fintech, AI, or venture ecosystem.

        •        Deep understanding of the US startup and investor ecosystem, especially in the Bay Area.

        •        Strong ability to write detailed and actionable PRDs.

        •        Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

        •        Aesthetically aligned with Silicon Valley product and UX standards — simplicity, clarity, and scalability.

.1point3acres        •        Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or related fields.




Preferred

        •        Experience working at or with AI, venture, or capital platform startups.

        •        Prior exposure to FA networks or investment platforms.

        •        Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
