Goal: Assess your proficiency in coding, problem-solving, and technical communication through a coding exercise/assignment.
Your interviewer will ask you questions focused on Data Structures and Algorithms and you’ll code together in an environment like CoderPad. There will be no ML or domain-specific questions. Most problems are broken up into various stages of increasing difficulty. Many problems will require reading existing code. These are language agnostic. We strongly encourage you to think out loud and err on the side of starting to get running code on the Bug Identification and Correction:
- We appreciate proactive bug identification. If you spot potential issues with your code, take the initiative to fix them without waiting for prompts.
- Lastly, remember to relax and be yourself. It’s natural to feel nervous, but we want to see the real you and how you approach solving real-world problems.
