【Mech-Mind Part-Time Position】Part-Time Warehouse Associate Requirements

Basic Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Age 18 or older
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation to/from the warehouse location
• Ability to work at least 15-25 hours per week
• Basic English communication skills
• Willingness to follow all warehouse safety procedures

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred (not required)
• Forklift experience is a plus (optional)
• Ability to read shipping labels, pick lists, and follow basic instructions
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer or scanner skills helpful (not required)

Job Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders
• Loading/unloading trucks or pallets
• Organizing shelves, inventory, and warehouse areas
• Assisting with incoming shipments and materials
• Keeping warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Following supervisor's directions to complete daily tasks

Availability Requirements

• Flexible scheduling (weekday shifts preferred)
• Ability to work during peak periods (end-of-month, large shipments)Weekend availability is a plus

Soft Skills

• Punctual and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented with strong work ethic
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
