你这个问题很关键。问题不只是缺钱，而是过去财务规划、现金管理和学校董事会监督责任出了严重问题，才导致信任危机。

只是当时危机爆发得太突然，已经到学年末，新加入校董的人第一步只能先救火，保证老师工资、学生毕业和学校继续开下去。救下来不代表过去的问题就算了。下一步更重要的是财务复盘、问责和重建制度，避免以后再靠危机式筹款。

能不能不要用AI写了，鼠标滚下来手都酸了还没提取到太多信息……

.. $1m vanity project + high staff turnover + falling enrollment + incompetent, indifferent leadership = closure.

But the Board has tried to pin it all on a drop in charitable giving since the pandemic… Way to blame the parents!
