组里招Data Analyst，公司是Community Loans of America，主要做Personal Loans(https://simplefastloans.com/)，工作地点在亚特兰大北边的Sandy Springs，一周3天onsite，NewGrad 和Experienced 都可以，只招Full-time，尽快入职。

支持H1B Sponsorship + 抽到后可绿卡，但是没办法h1b transfer。 工作语言主要是Python 和SQL，工作内容主要偏 Marketing/Analytics/ML Modeling。

Job Description 
Title: Credit Analyst 
Duties: 

• Analyze credit data to determine risk and provide management with informed and well-defended recommendations. 
• Predict consumer patterns and trends through python and statistical models. 
• Modify and operate strategies in the internal decision-making system, including generate paths or flows to support new functions and implement models and underwriting rules. 
• Develop and improve internal server and maintain loan performance analytical tool website. 
• Provide analytical expertise to support all financial products for on-going and ad-hoc projects. 

Minimum requirements: 

• Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or other quantitative fields. 
• Minimum of 1+ year of industry experience in risk management, analytics, data related function preferably at a financial institution. 
• Experience with SQL and Python. 
• Demonstrated ability in applying analytics to drive credit product profitability. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present conclusions across a wide range of audiences.  
• Hybrid working schedule – Atlanta, GA.
