过去10年国内发展很快，人们的观点和见识跟10年前比有了 ...

seriously, the difference  is  job. Put it as a good/decent job, i think it would be better. Simple illustration: A Phd lvl job in boston with 100K/yr. Rent 1.5-2k/month; tax-30-35%/yr;plus transportation.U do the math. I don't think this gives anyone a "house" not to mention the bla....  Correct me if I was wrong,( I hope so).
Regarding to 20's people, travelling+ partying+studying;
