问几个简单的申请的问题

1一般SOP RL CV什么的会在官网上会给出字数要求的吗？为什么我看了好几个学校的都没看到啊~还是说具体等网申系统开放了登陆进去才能看到要求啊？
2这段话什么意思：
Make one PDF for each entry listed on the upload site even if it includes mutiple pages, translations, a legend, degree certificate, or diploma. Please keep your transcript pages in order.
这个each transcript entry是什么意思啊？
3 Do not try to upload your transcript as a 'miscellaneous admission document'. 这只是说成绩单要整齐 清晰之类的吧？有没有什么特别的

弱弱地问一句，不是一般学校网申都要寄成绩单的吗，怎么这个不用……只是寄个扫描电子版它就不怕造假吗？为什么反而说寄个纸质版会拖延申请进程呢？不懂啊~~

1. SOP我找的那些学校官网上都有给字数，cv,rl字数没规定
4. 我知道有些学校在申请的时候只要求交电子版的，然后等它决定录取你了之后，你再给它寄成绩单。如果你不交电子版，直接寄成绩单的话，那显然会拖延进程

补充一个5：When you agree to waive your rights to see your letters of recommendation (i.e. check yes to the waiver question) that means that you do want to retain your rights to see the letter. When you check yes, that generally makes the letters look more credible. When you check no, that means that you want to be able to see the contents
这个选什么影响大吗？假如RL是自己写的话那就YES得了对吧？
