If you are in UK, Singapore or some countries without visa issue, you can apply.

If you are in China or some countries with visa issues, hr doesn't want to take a look.

Are you a Japan citizen?

Citizen of China and other countries is not easy to get a working visa from US.

Amazon is one more opportunity in the next career move.   It could be the final choice or just a competitor offer.
