I'm on the Stanford MS CS admissions committee (current PhD student) and I can tell you that decisions have not been sent out yet. They will arrive by email between March 14 to March 28 (not sure when the staff will send the email) but all the decisions have already been made From past years, it is usually the 3rd or 4th week of March.
