接受了一个学校offer想反悔怎么办，此学校是415协议学校

我记得415协定里说：415之前，在A学校同意的情况下，你可以撤销之前跟A的offer，然后去B。但前提必须是A需要同意。你赶紧联系A学校跟他们说明情况，问能不能放弃。。。。

Offer反悔的话会让学校很难堪...
1. 每年PhD录取就个位数，可能因为你签了415协议，所以学校就把所有另外的applicant都reject掉了，你现在反悔，学校又要重新录人..
2. 虽然在签协议前，是双方选择的过程，可去可不去...但是签了不去，太败人品了..
3. 对你的本科学校的负面影响....
4. 未来真混学术圈子，抬头不见低头见，但是前提也得你以后学术圈..

当然，对你自己现在是没有任何影响的。你真要100%确定毁了，那就早点毁，至少给学校挽救的时间。

我以后绝对不混学术圈。正是因为如此，才肯定的想要反悔。

如果你是offer，我猜你是PhD，PhD的话不发paper想毕业？教授如果有心，看到你的名字直接拒你稿。

先和A说，如果A同意就可以去B了啊。如果不同意的话，那还是去A吧，你自己都答应了的。。。

Students are under no obligation to respond to offers of financial support prior to April 15; earlier deadlines for acceptance of
such offers violate the intent of this Resolution. In those instances in which a student accepts an offer before April 15, and subsequently
desires to withdraw that acceptance, the student may submit in writing a resignation of the appointment at any time

所以理论上，你只要跟A学校说一声就可以了，不存在需不需要A同意的问题。

规则归规则，人品归人品。如果你并没有联系单个教授，感觉起来会好一点。委员会处理这么多application，也不会有人记住你

4.15协议原文如下：
''Acceptance of an offer of financial support (such as a graduate scholarship, fellowship, traineeship, or assistantship) for the next academic year by a prospective or enrolled graduate student completes an agreement that both student and graduate school expect to honor. In that context, the conditions affecting such offers and their acceptance must be defined carefully and understood by all parties.

协议规定学校不可以在4.15之前设置deadline强迫学生做出决定；学生如果在4.15号之前接受offer并在4.15号前反悔可以通过向校方递交一份说明即可；在4.15号之后如果想要拒绝接受过的offer需要有校方的书面同意；以上协议只跟签署4.15协议的学校且有奖录取相关，无奖AD不受此约束。
所以lz在4.15之前向学校老师说明情况，应该不会有太大问题
