MY HR gave it to me. It's a printout of I-797C form with the case number on the 3rd page. It's delivered to my HR's office.

I saw my case on USCIS website. But I'm not sure what IHP system is. Sorry I can't type Chinese with my office computer...

VSC PP ADV, informed by HR yesterday morning. on the uscis page says "On April 12, 2016, we received your Form I-129". Can't type Chinese, sorry. Good luck everyone!
