话说USC给我的这封信是conditional ad吗？

之前申请的USC CS general被强制转到37学分，上周给我发了这么一封信，怎么看都像是模板。

语气很是委婉啊，问我要财产证明和护照，已经发过去了，到现在还没有消息。

想去加州想得不得了，求问问大家，这算不算ad，。。会不会再把我拒了？

Dear Mr. XXX,

Your application for admission to the University of Southern California has been received and
reviewed. We are pleased to inform you that you are academically eligible for admission to the
Fall 2016 semester as a graduate student majoring in Computer Science (Scientists and
Engineers), leading toward a Master of Science. However, your application is not yet
complete.
Federal immigration regulations require all international students to demonstrate proof of ability
to pay tuition and living expenses for themselves and their dependents (if applicable). You
must therefore submit an affidavit of financial support and a copy of your passport. If
applicable, please also submit passport copies for each of your dependents. (This is necessary
only if your dependents will be travelling with you and are planning to apply for an F-2 or J-2
visa.) These documents must be received and approved before your official USC letter of
admission can be issued.
If your studies are being privately financed, in whole or in part, you must submit both a bank
letter and a letter from your sponsor (if not yourself) promising support for one year. If your
home government or an external agency is sponsoring you, we require a current letter
addressed to USC specifying the terms of your award and the amount of funding you are due

for your program.
If you are receiving a fellowship or scholarship from USC, please request that your department
submit your award documentation to the Office of Graduate Admission, if they have not done
so already. Please note that students receiving full funding from USC are required to submit
only a copy of their passport.
Finally, if you are currently on another non-immigrant visa and wish to remain so for the
duration of your study at USC, please notify us via email.
You can submit your financial documents and passport copy to usci20@usc.edu by clicking
on the financial document submission button within youSC, or you can fax them to +1-213-821-
3725. Please be sure your attachments are in PDF or JPG format and are smaller than 10MB,
otherwise the email will not be received. Your USC ID number should be clearly written on your
documents.
We highly recommend submitting your documents at your earliest convenience so that you
may complete the certification process in a timely manner and receive your I-20 or DS-2019.
