求问OSU mse ms offer with GRA funding 机会大吗？

昨天才收到它家邮件让我申请这个funding，看这样子是第二轮？查了一下它家MSE 录的master 100%带GRA 奖学金也是6得飞起...求问拿到offer的几率大吗？它家mse program怎么样？Thank you for your patience during our 2016 admission cycle.

As you may know from our web site, the number of students whom we admit is limited by the number of Graduate Research Associate (GRA) openings available for the coming Autumn term.  Applicants admitted to our program with GRA funding receive a year-round stipend of at least $1900/month, payment of 85% of health insurance premiums, payment of lab & research costs, and full payment of the academic portion of tuition costs.

New GRA openings for the Autumn

We are happy to announce that a number of our faculty have received notice of new funding and we are preparing to make a new round of admissions for 10-15 openings. Our anticipated research openings are in the fields of Corrosion, Computational Modeling of Materials, and Biomaterials.

If you have an interest in any of these areas and wish to be considered for admission to our graduate program, please reply to this message and provide the following by Monday, May 9:

       
• Full name:
         
• Application ID number:
         
• Area of interest in MSE:
         
• Have you accepted admission to another graduate program, and if so, to which university?
         
• Have you been promised financial support as a teaching or research associate or a fellowship or scholarship? If so, please provide details.
         
• If international, have you received an I-20 and/or do you hold an F-1 visa?
  

Please reply with your interest by Monday, May 9.

Applicants who have accepted admission to another university:

If you have accepted admission with financial support to another school, but wish to be considered for admission to the MSE graduate program at Ohio State with GRA funding, please reply to this email.

Our Graduate Studies Committee will review your application materials and background. If your application is a match for the needs of our research projects you will be contacted by email with the committee's decision and further information. If you wish to proceed with admission we would then require that you obtain a release from your promised school; we are not permitted to proceed with your admission to Ohio State until receiving a release from the school to which you have accepted admission. Upon receipt of this release we would then proceed with our offer of admission with a GRA.

Ohio State is a member of the Council of Graduate Schools and seeks to abide by the "April 15 Resolution".

Again, this is only a requirement if your promised school has provided you with funding such as a teaching or research associate position or a fellowship. The purpose of such a release is to alert all parties to the change.
