Our team is focused on building solutions to enable Amazon Business customers to research, discover and buy business, industrial and scientific products in large catalogs; across multiple devices, marketplaces and regions. Our customers include individual professionals, businesses and institutions that buy in either high frequency or in bulk quantities. Our customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer base. Amazon Business is experiencing tremendous growth, reaching $1 Billion in revenue in its first year with %20 growth month over month!

This is a great opportunity to join a new team, with no legacy code and very low operational burden, building a fast growing business. You'll be working with new technologies that improve usability, increase performance and scalability, and help better understand our customers and their needs. You'll have the opportunity to work on a varies set of problem domains including Service-Oriented Architecture, Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, and Web Development. You'll help translate business requirements to technical deliverables and deliver operationally stable solutions that provide good customer experience.

Candidates need to have strong ownership, passion to provide great customer experience and excellent troubleshooting skills. Experience with building web-based applications and/or web services-based applications will be very applicable and helpful.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Equivalent experience to a Bachelor's degree based on 3 years of work experience for every 1 year of education
3+ years professional experience in software development
Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design
Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as C++, Java, or Python
Experience developing service oriented architectures and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience developing software in Linux or UNIX, and using web applications and frameworks and scripting languages
Good communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Never ending thirst for making our development environments better
Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
Demonstrated ability to mentor other software developers to maintain architectural vision and software quality
Experience working in an Agile, Kanban, or Scrum environment
Be obsessed with addressing customer needs

这是sde2的描述吗？  我看你介绍 好像是sde1 吧？  因为我刚面了一个类似的requirement 其他小组的职位 也是3 for 1   3+

I just started my employment with Amazon in March. If it is SDE2, maybe this position is not for me, or recent master grads.

楼主您好，请问有类似于PM的职位吗？不是new graduate，有一年PM经验，有certified scrum master证书。 谢谢啦
