填Purdue的Application傷感了［STAT PhD］

填application突然看到fellowship essay這個東西很興奮，打開instruction瞬間石化：

All applicants wanting to be considered for a Purdue University Doctoral Fellowship, David M. Knox Fellowship, or George Washington Carver Fellowship are required to submit a diversity essay. Recipients of these fellowships are students who have received a degree from an accredited U.S. high school, demonstrate superior academic achievements and abilities, and submit a diversity essay. The diversity essay should be 500 words or less responding to the following statement:

a. Name of U.S. High School, City, State, and Zip code

b. Describe your leadership, work experience, service experience, or other significant involvement with racial, ethnic, socio-economic, or educational communities that have traditionally been underrepresented in higher education, and how these experiences would promote a diversity of views, experiences, and ideas in the pursuit of research, scholarship, and creative excellence.

High School你妹啊，這不就是活生生地告訴我沒fellowship嗎？

算了，也好，就不用寫這個了，隨便填一填就準備交了...

順帶吐槽一下Cornell，甚麼爛系統，還不允許更改推薦人的基本信息；我本來以為要3封，填完兩個人的時候凌亂了，它家只要兩封，然後instruction裡面說，那你就改成新推薦人的email，然後他自己登進去修改信息...聽起來就很不人性化！要是真的要教授親自改，尼瑪好意思麼！尼瑪好意思麼！！

唉 我普度的材料寄了不知道几个月了这几天那个状态才变成holding for review 我还是从美国寄的啊，之前发邮件问 小蜜还很不屑的说要等个几个工作日才能更新 叫我不要老问 什么态度

我的還是submitted而已。。。
