Upenn的30天是不用理会的。CONNECT官网上有明确说：


Q: What is the deadline for returning the enrollment decision form?
A: For master's applicants, you must submit your decision form by June 1, although we would greatly appreciate a response within 30 days - our priority deadline - of when the decision is viewed.

Once you have made your decision about enrollment at Penn, log into your Apply yourself application account to complete your Admission Decision form.

其他几个我觉得比较重要的问题：


Q: As a master's student, am I eligible for financial aid or teaching/research assistantships?
A:The School of Engineering and Applied Science does not provide financial assistance for master’s students. Master’s students may apply for a limited number of positions as research assistants and teaching assistants. Upon admission to a master’s program, students may contact the program department to check availability.


Q: Will I also receive an official admission letter by mail?
A: No, the letter you view online is your official letter and our system allows you to print a copy to use as needed.
