     Maryland:
     You have been recommended for admission by the department faculty; however, we are still waiting for your application to be evaluated by the Office of International Services and for the Graduate School to make a final admission decision.  You will be contacted by OIS shortly should they need any documentation from you for processing your application.

    Georgia Tech:
    The faculty committee will begin FA12 application reviews next week.  I will be sending your decision letter to you as quickly as possible after they conclude the reviews.  Thanks for your follow-up,

   oh sorry 太激动了  MS@Purdue，construction方向，无奖。

The department of civil and coastal engineering at University of Florida has sent out at least one batch of rejections. Unluckily, I am one recipient of them. BTW, the division is transportation engineering. First rej and decide to withdraw at least one application every week in the following days due to multiple offers already at hand.
