关于UTD的bacterial meningitis

有没筒子收到这样的邮件啊
Effective January 2012, all new students are required to show evidence of being immunized against bacterial meningitis (Texas Education Code 51.9192, Subchapter Z) 10 days before the first day of classes for the term of registration.

To prevent delays in your registration, you must submit documentation of your immunization from an appropriate medical professional to the Office of the Registrar, prior to registration. Documentation must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar or faxed to 972-883-6335.

Please remember, failure to submit the information will result in delays in your registration.

应该是一项东西刚生效，于是系统自动发给所有申请者一份...
